Forget Frantic

If you are affected by insane excitement, slow down that frantic pace of life in the city and enjoy the relaxing-vibrant life in nature. We can do it in the backyard of our homes, going out bicycling in the forest or along the ocean, or we can travel to a wonderful calming place in this beautiful world of ours!

Keep always in mind that we decide how to think and respond to the events in our lives. Most people respond to how the events make them feel. But there is another way to live, a way that will foster peace from the depths of our soul. Control what you think and therefore feel.

    The best form of peace I can feel is when I lay before an ocean on a warm, sunny day. I have my cherished, loved people around me; they’re all enjoying where we are in their own way. Some are swimming, someone is laying beside me, others are chatting on the towels.
    It’s just too bad it’s too cold where I am (at the moment) but this is definitely my go to for relaxation. Nothing can beat the sound of water, to me.

    Well you know I find relaxation in walking – unfortunately it is not a beautiful sunny beach like where you are and I only meet up with squirrels not sea lions. You look like you’re having a wonderful time Martha.
