Motivate yourself, everyday, every moment of your life, to continue living with strength, goals, energy. Get up every morning with that sparkle in your brain that makes your heart, your muscles and bones get up, then you smile big knowing you are doing the right thing for you!

Run after your dreams, chase them until they are conquered by you!

What are your dreams? No matter how big or small they are, they are your goals and if you are sure they are going to make you happy, then do not stop until you get them.

You might want to become a scientist, or a writer, an artist, or maybe you really want a family of your own and make them happy and be happy yourself. You know, not all dreams are the same for everyone, and not all dreams and goals come at the same time in our lives. They vary, we change them and accommodate them as we live our experiences in life. The secret is to never stop chasing them.

A lot of stress and responsibility … when I left the USAF I became a Computer Programmer with even more stress working at the US Department of State.
