We certainly live very chaotic times around the world: there is terrible misinformation about health and economics. Some countries like the US and many others, are experiencing total destruction, societal violence and the disruption of order and true compassion.

But we also know that we still are going through a pandemic that has put millions of people from all countries in the world under financial struggle, food chain disruptions and sometimes famine.

All this injustice seems unreal and it can be very painful for many, taking a toll on their mental health. We have to take care of our mind everyday and not to be embarrassed to ask for help.

We need to heal our minds, give it especial attention and treat it with care. How are we going to heal the rest of our bodies if we don’t heal our mental state first?! How are we going to heal our society when the heads in authority position in our countries are sick and broken?

Be kind to yourself and others. Promote compassion and love.

  1. I am mentally strong because of taking care of my body. My husband’s depression, age related dementia, and chronic illnesses put so much pressure on me.
    Now at the gym, while watching him does wonders for me πŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ₯ŠπŸ˜Šβ€
