Global Warming Al Gore Predicted No Ice In North Pole by 2013 What a Fool!

global warming is a hoax dra martha castro noriega

Global warming by Al Gore is a fallacy!

Fear mongering Al Gore forecast in 2009 “the entire North ‘polarized’ cap will disappear in 5 years.”

Climate change, global warmings, cooling ages, all of them are real and have been for millions of years.

Science cannot be manipulated nor politicized.

Nature is queen, nature wins, hands down, all the time. You lie about nature, you get exposed as a liar. So, it is better that who ever talks about science is in fact a scientist, not a “believer”, or a social media troll or a political sold out guy or gal, like Al Gore and many others who do not know scientific facts and only have a false millionaire agenda behind them.

But Al Gore is not alone in his ignorance. There are millions of “heads” who talk non-sense, and I laugh when I read their speculations and accuse real scientists of “spreading fake news” or “conspiracy theories”.

I have real news for you: the ones spreading the lie that “global warming” is killing the planet earth in the next decade, are fools and ignorants.

It is always better to be on the side of science. “Believers” who cannot prove what they say, corrupt the minds of  many and have them dancing at their whim. I feel sorry for people who just follow and admire what some “influencers” of social media say, without investigating scientific facts. I feel sorry for them because the manipulated “scientific” lie hurts them in many ways: mentally, socially, individually and in their family circle.

Powerful political, actors and actresses, business men and women who want you to “believe” in a factoid without having any proof, have in fact an agenda, a billionaire agenda, and the only ones making money are those who promote those false ideas.

I wish to live a long long life to see those hypocrite false-greedy people to come down their pedestal and prove them wrong. Al Gore is the first one to go. There are more and many others to come.

Deceptive ” Health Advisers” in Social Media and Websites Promoting Fear – Part 1

HEALTH ADVISERS

Just like when you want to see a medical doctor, you want to make sure that you are consulting a true qualified graduate medical doctor, don’t you? You want to see his medical license and maybe you check him/her out on the Internet or even call the medical board of your state/country to corroborate that s/he is in fact a physician.

advisers

And that is how you should behave when you navigate in the internet, exactly the same way. You should always make sure that the person giving advice has the proper qualifications and professional training in the field you want advise or guideline.

Deceptive " Health Advisers" in Social Media and Websites Promoting Fear - Part 1 2

There are thousands of people in social media and all over the Internet that want to make a quick buck, and they use their expertise in advertising to start a digital business promoting health products, physical therapy treatments, “health magazines” that have damaged a lot of people who are desperate for a “cure” and they haven’t found it in traditional medicine for different reasons:

Deceptive " Health Advisers" in Social Media and Websites Promoting Fear - Part 1 3

  1. Graduate medical doctors who are not well trained.

  2. Lack of interest by the healthcare provider in the benefit of the patient.

  3. Medical doctors who just care about billing the medical insurance for pure profit.

  4. Physicians who never had an excellent qualified expertise attending patients as a whole.

  5. Physicians who do not keep on studying the newest medical advances and do not keep up to date on medica scientific advances.

advisers of health

Even the most credible information found online is useless in the absence of expert physician evaluation and diagnosis. Tell your doctor you fully trust what you have read online. Email them the article that’s captured your interest, or print it out and bring it to your next appointment. A good doctor will walk you through it.

Cruel Insult – Are Some People Cruel or Just Ignorant? A 352

ARE SOME PEOPLE CRUEL OR IGNORANT?

I watched a YouTube video about healthcare, medical practice and pharmaceuticals. This video was filmed by somebody who lost her aunt to  uncaring medical “professionals” and greedy pharmaceutical companies, she expressed on her video.

I was moved by her opinion and her pain of losing somebody in her family she really loved very much. So, as a medical doctor I do agree with several points she makes. She is of course referring to medical doctors in her country (US). I practice in Mexico and she actually praised some medical-biological scientists  in Mexico City who, recently, discovered and developed a vaccine to cure the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)

Cruel Insult - Are Some People Cruel or Just Ignorant? A 352 4

So, I left this comment

cruel comment

And I got a lot of people liking my opinion, for which I am sincerely pleased and grateful.

Cruel Insult - Are Some People Cruel or Just Ignorant? A 352 5

But still, there are some comments directed to me that I find totally cruel, inappropriate and ignorant. Like this one

Wasting Your Life Away? Be Happy Now! Motivational Video P 346

WASTING YOUR LIFE AWAY?

Then start living now, breathing now, be absolutely conscious of your living state at every moment of your life, every second.

wasting your life away

You waste your life away when you constantly replay the past in your mind, when you imagine a future and live every day trying to “live in the future” that will never be present.

wasting your life away

We can plan for the future and act according to it. Putting in action our plans with passion to accomplish our goals, but always living in the present!

Some people say the following words are cliché. In my opinion they have truth in the message and they are worth of mentioning them:

Yesterday is history

Tomorrow is a mystery

But today is a gift

That is why it is called the present

Roosevelt: I’m Still Standing – Strong Minded Franklin D Roosevelt – A 342

Roosevelt: I'm Still Standing - Strong Minded Franklin D Roosevelt - A 342 9

ROOSEVELT -FDR-

Franklin D Roosevelt, the 32nd president of the United States of America, died at the age of 63, on April 12, 1945. I’m not going to tell you data about him and bore you to tears. We all know we can “Google” his name and find his bio anywhere in the interwebs.

What I want to tell you today about FDR is what I think about how strong minded he was. His compassion and empathy towards humanity, and how he inspires me to help others and stand strong!

I don’t know if you are familiar with him going to “Warm Springs” in Georgia after he got poliomyelitis (most commonly known as polio). His depression about losing his ability to walk, his struggle to find his way back to society and move around, crippled him even more than his disability to walk.

It is important that I emphasize what I mentioned above: his depression and struggle crippled him more than the disease itself. I tell you why: the mental ability to overcome a physical challenge marks how a person will develop a strong or weak character. That mental ability will make anyone regain confidence, emotional strength and power to go on in life with an unbreakable positive attitude.

Roosevelt: I'm Still Standing - Strong Minded Franklin D Roosevelt - A 342 10

Well, in Warm Springs – the only hospital devoted solely to the treatment of poliomyelitis victims in the world -, he found himself and discovered the existence of many others with the same illness he had. These patients were coming from different backgrounds and privileges -or the lack of- in society: rich, poor, with education or without it, children, young adults and adults, all suffering from poliomyelitis.

Roosevelt: I'm Still Standing - Strong Minded Franklin D Roosevelt - A 342 11

Franklin D Roosevelt learned how to interact with them, how to get involved in the same activities they did. He shared his time with children and learned from them. He admired the courage of little children and how they never gave up.  These children were strong minded and strong spirited and walked, with extreme difficulty and pain but with a huge smile, and that my readers, is what we all should do every day of our lives.

While many succumb to the trauma of failure and lose confidence and performance, resilient individuals rise again, learn from their failure and improve their performance. It takes passion for life, will and a positive-stubborn attitude to never give up, to never give in.

Roosevelt FDR President of USA

Poliomyelitis deepened and grounded FDR. It made him a champion of children with polio—an effort that led to the March of Dimes and the later Salk and Sabin vaccines—and for that matter a champion of all people who suffered hardship, physical, mental or emotional.

A motivational quote by President FDR:

Physical strength can never permanently withstand the impact of spiritual force. Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Always remember: While you are alive and breathing, make sure you are able to say “I am still standing”.

IMPORTANT NOTE from Dr. Castro:

Just because I admire the man who he was, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, please don’t assume that I am a Democrat. Or because I have expressed in the past my admiration for some Republican people, it does not mean that I am a Republican. I admire the human being, no matter his political affiliation nor religion or the lack thereof.

I am a true freedom thinker who does not like labels. I don’t follow hypocrites. I admire what I think it’s admirable to me, and criticise what I sincerely think has to be denounced as a bad policy, a harmful action, or a crime.

DEPRESSION … YOU CAN FIGHT IT!

Depression: Sadness, feeling down, having a loss of interest or pleasure in daily activities – these are symptoms familiar to all of us. But, if they persist and affect our life substantially, it may be depression.

The World Health Organization estimates that 121 million people worldwide suffer from depression. I am one of those 121 million people. Maybe you are too. Maybe you know someone close to you who is affected by depression.

4 Flowers to Fight Anxiety and Make you Happy

FIGHT ANXIETY WITH FLOWERS BEAUTY AND RELAXATION POWERS

Flowers relax the brain with their colors and beauty (vision), their essence (smell), their texture (touch).

Constant stimuli to the brain can create havoc on our central nervous system, and thus to our way of living.

Learning to relax is primordial, and flowers, herbs and plants can play an important role taking the stress away from your life.

1. Jasmine improves sleep and anxiety

Jasmine is a shrub found outdoors, but with proper care and the right location you can grow it indoors. Its fragrance is not only sweet to our senses, it’s proven to promote a better night’s sleep.

Flowers to fight anxiety

If you surround yourself by jasmine, it’s likely you’ll feel less anxious and more at peace, which results in waking up more alert.

Sleep plays an important role in our physical and mental wellbeing. If you’re lacking in sleep, you may find you have trouble making decisions, controlling your emotions, solving problems and coping with change.

2. Gerbera daisy helps to remove toxins from the air

It removes benzene from the air – a chemical associated with inks. Add one to your office, laundry room or bedroom to promote a calming ambience and fight anxiety.

4 Flowers to Fight Anxiety and Make you Happy 14
